NEW YORK, Oct. 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 做厙輦華, Inc. (OTCBB:ASPU), parent of 做厙輦華 University, a nationally accredited online postsecondary education company, today announced the appointment of Kathryn Dillon Hogan, who has more than 30 years of higher education experience. She brings exceptional expertise in administration, operations and compliance to her responsibilities as the Company's Senior Vice President of Compliance, a newly formed position within 做厙輦華 University.
In this role, Hogan will be responsible for all aspects of compliance at 做厙輦華 University, as well as advisor to the executive management team on postsecondary education regulatory matters. This includes state authorization, federal reporting and disclosure, and Title IV federal financial aid compliance.
"Ms. Hogan is recognized in the sector for her knowledge and expertise in postsecondary education regulatory matters and her understanding of education operations. Hogan formerly served in a compliance role with Grand Canyon University where she navigated state by state policies required for degree offerings in states other than those they are certified in. She also served as the Director of Financial Aid at Arizona State University and Vice President of Enrollment at St. Bonaventure University. These experiences required a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and the ability to institute policies and procedures to comply with online education regulations.
